Change of Mind

Should you change your mind about a purchase, you have the option of returning it within 7 days of having received it.

Refunds can only be processed back onto the card or into the account that the original payment was taken from.

A “Change of Mind” return item must be in ‘as-new’ condition. This means that it must not be faulty, assembled, used, damaged, altered, washed or laundered, or in any way different from its original condition.

To start a return, you must contact us at admin@notsobaby.com. If your return is accepted, please send the product back to the address advised in our return email. We recommend that you return your product using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Not So Baby will not be responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

The item must be packed securely, using the packaging originally supplied with the item. If the item is not returned to us in the original packaging and in original condition, we reserve the right to not accept the return and you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to you. This also includes not packing the item up sufficiently to avoid damage in transit back to us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (and not later than 3 days from receipt) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please take some clear photos and simply contact us at admin@notsobaby.com and we will organise to have replacement sent to you. All faulty/damaged goods must be returned to us for inspection prior to us providing a replacement.

We will not provide a remedy if, in our reasonable opinion, the issue with the product has been caused by:

  • fair wear and tear;
  • misuse or failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions;
  • improper assembly or modification;
  • improper maintenance or failure to properly care for the item;
  • your own improper handling or transportation of the goods.

Please also note that we will not process returns where the damage is to the external packaging or product packaging only.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance stock, gift cards, second hand items or items marked as defective.

Please note that any refund amount approved and issued will not include any shipping costs you may have paid in the original order.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update this Returns + Exchanges Policy from time to time by publishing the revised terms on our Website. The amended Returns + Exchanges Policy will take effect from the date which is 3 days after we publish it on our website, except in relation to orders of products prior to the effective date, in which case the previous version of the Returns + Exchanges Policy will apply to those products.
